We are pleased to announce the release of Matplus EDA® Version 24.0, the latest update to its materials information and knowledge management solution. This new version brings expanded tools for integrating materials knowledge into Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, providing users with a streamlined, flexible experience.

Matplus EDA is designed to optimise the handling and analysis of material data from master data to laboratory data and practical application in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). After more than one decade of intensive research and continuous development, Matplus has become widely recognised in the industry. With the release of EDA 23, Matplus reinforces its position as the leading provider of materials information systems.

JMatPro® is the simulation software with which a wide range of properties of technical alloys can be easily calculated. The solution has been highly valued in industry and research for years due to its ease of use and solid results for practical applications. With the new version 14, the already versatile possibilities of JMatPro® have been significantly expanded once again with a focus on steel and aluminium. The optimisation of alloys and manufacturing processes as well as the generation of consistent material cards for FEM simulation can make a significant contribution to reducing material and energy costs.

In 2024 Matplus GmbH will host the 3rd EDA® User Conference for users and interested parties in Vienna.
